I would like you to know how pleased I am with the service

Dear Mr. White,

On Monday April 4, while making repairs to my daughter’s home in Tallahassee, I inadvertently punctured a copper water line under the floor. I asked one of my daughter’s neighbors if she could recommend a good plumber to repair the pipe and she highly recommended your company.

I would like to share with you the experience I had with your employees on Monday and Tuesday. I called your company and explained the situation with the lady who answered the phone. She said she’d check with the dispatcher and see if she could get someone to come out and fix the pipe that afternoon. After a few minutes she called me back and said your repairmen were booked up for the remainder of the day but she would be able to get someone over on Tuesday if I would be back in Tallahassee then. I agreed to call back Tuesday morning before arriving in Tallahassee.

When I drove into Tallahassee on Tuesday April 5, I called to let them know that I would be at my daughter’s house in a few minutes. Your dispatcher told me she would send a repairman to the house as soon as he was available.

One of your employees, Clayton came to my daughter’s house shortly after 11:00AM and immediately started on the pipe repair.

I would like you to know how pleased I am with the service provided by Clayton and all your staff I talked to on the phone. Your office staff were very efficient and helpful to me in getting this problem resolved quickly. And Clayton did an excellent job in making the repairs.

It is very unusual these days to find any company that takes care of their customers in the professional and efficient manner your employees did. Please pass on my appreciation for great customer service to all your employees who were involved in this service call.
