On Monday April 4, while making repairs to my daughter's home in Tallahassee, I inadvertently punctured a copper water line under the floor. I asked one of my daughter's neighbors if she could recommend a good plumber to repair the pipe and she highly recommended your company. I would like to share with you the experience I had with your employees on Monday and Tuesday. I called your company and explained the situation with the lady who answered the phone. She said she'd check with the dispatcher and see if she could get someone to come out and fix the pipe that afternoon. After a few minutes she called me back and said your repairmen were booked up for the remainder of the day but she would be able to get someone over on Tuesday if I would be back in Tallahassee then. I agreed to call back Tuesday morning before arriving in Tallahassee. When I drove into Tallahassee on Tuesday April 5, I called to let them know that I would be at my daughter's house in a few minutes. Your dispatcher told me she would send a repairman to the house as soon as he was available. One of your employees, Clayton came to my daughter's house shortly after 11:00AM and immediately started on the pipe repair. I would like you to know how pleased I am with the service provided by Clayton and all your staff I talked to on the phone. Your office staff were very efficient and helpful to me in getting this problem resolved quickly. And Clayton did an excellent job in making the repairs. It is very unusual these days to find any company that takes care of their customers in the professional and efficient manner your employees did. the years, I've had to call them a lot for various repairs. Their quality of work is excellent. For example, a few
months ago, I awoke to the sound of a large crash at 6:30 on a Saturday morning. I knew it had to be a lightning
strike, because it was storming outside. An hour later, when it was light and the storm was over, I discovered a
large tree branch had come down and a piece of it was buried over a foot in the ground. I had a river flowing down
my driveway. So I called White's Plumbing at 8:00 a.m. and I had a repairman at my house to fix the broken water
pipe at 9:00. Really, how many plumbers can you reach early on a Saturday morning and they will be there within an
hour? The guy repaired the pipe in about an hour (we had to use a chainsaw to cut the limb away so the plumber
could get to the pipe). When I was given the bill, I was really pleased with the amount that was charged. I felt
it was very reasonable for the work done, especially on a weekend.
We are sending our thanks to your and your teams for re-piping our home. Our call for help was handled promptly and we were treated courteously and professionally by Ashley and Helen.
Randy was helpful and suggested a recommended course of action that proved to be the best choice for us. He was decisive and and he listened attentively to our concerns and our needs at a time when we were extremely stressed.
After you carefully surveyed our situation when we decided to re-pipe our home, you listened and made professional recommendations that have proven to be excellent solutions to all our water restoration needs. So often we realize the employees of any organization truly reflect the person or persons at the top. We feel that is quite true with White's Plumbing.
Team I (as we called them): Billy, Sterling, and Trey showed up on schedule; and, after introductions, described and walked us through their plan for digging, laying pipe, and installing faucets. They were well-mannered, well-spoken and hard working. Billy and his crew demonstrated respect for one another and they had a harmonious and productive workday. We were impressed by the care they showed with our plants and our lawn.
Team II: James and Dustin spent all the time needed to be sure we had an understanding of how the pipes would be installed, where they would be run, and where holes would be cut in our cabinets and wall. We were given every opportunity to ask questions which were answered reassuringly and courteously. And, once we were satisfied with the plan, both men worked diligently and were extremely considerate when moving about in our home. When needed, James asked our input and while we always trusted his judgment, it was nice to be asked. They too worked well together and James' work ethic reflected a professional concern for the safety and welfare of Dustin, who spent most of his time in the attic. Both days they were here, those men worked industriously and meticulously. The neatness and cleanliness of their work areas demonstrated their professional pride in their crafts.
We could not be more pleased with our experience and we cannot thank you enough for helping us through our ten days of inconvenience.

As someone in public service, I know that all too often we only hear from our customers when something has gone wrong- regardless of who is to blame. I wanted to take
the time today to let you know how much I appreciate the fine work and dedication of your employees, who are the epitome of good old-fashioned customer service.
Recently, when I needed a new fireplace gas log set, I was referred to your company by my good friend and Waverly Hills neighbor, Coldwell Banker Realtor Barbara
Davidson, who provided a glowing recommendation. I soon discovered why: your office staff members, Helen and Judy, were courteous and prompt in setting up my
appointment. Judy called me 30 minutes ahead of when the technician was to arrive, so I could leave my office and meet him at my home without taking more time from
work than necessary.
Eddy, the technician, impressed me from the moment I opened my front door and he asked if he should remove his boots to protect my hardwood floors. Although I had
prepped the area around my fireplace with floor protectors, Eddy had come prepared with cardboard and soft mats to protect my floors and hearth. He was incredibly
thorough and meticulous. When he discovered that the fire log dealer had not included part of the remote, he kept working on putting together other parts of the unit to give
the dealer time to reach my house with the missing part, thereby avoiding any "wasted" time on the clock.
A week later, when my new unit started leaking gas, Eddy inspected every inch of the unit until he found the defective, leaking gas regulator. Throughout this experience, I
have truly felt as though Eddy and White's Plumbing was "on my side".
Enclosed is my check for Eddy's last visit to troubleshoot the gas leak. I am now working with the dealer through the warranty process to get the defective part replaced. In
the meantime, I wanted to let you know what fine employees you have (I am sure you already know this) and that they are a glowing reflection of your business and, by
extension, your service philosophy.
In this day and age, where too much focus is on what we can get from others instead of give, White's Plumbing is head-and-shoulders above the competition. In fact, your

We recently requested service to locate and repair a leak in our water line- a line your company not long ago replaced from the valve at the street up to our house.
Randy, your service technician, quickly discovered the source of the leak and promptly repaired it. Since it had not been that long since your previous work, he did not charge us for the work.
